Possible Canada Post Service Interruption

In the event of a Canada Post service interruption, clients and advisors can access account information including CI statements and trade confirmations at CI InvestorOnline (for clients) or CI AdvisorOnline (for advisors). If you are a first-time user of these online services, please see below for details on how to register. 

Clients registering for InvestorOnline:

  1. A Web Login ID is required and can be found on your CI statements and trade confirmations or you may contact CI Client Services directly at 1-800-792-9355.
  2. Register for InvestorOnline now.

Advisors registering for AdvisorOnline:

  1. Contact CI Client Services at 1-800-563-5181 to have a User ID and a temporary password e-mailed to the address on record.
  2. Complete your AdvisorOnline registration.
