The minimum initial investment for Accredited Investors who are investing in Class A or Class F Units is $25,000. For investors who are not Accredited Investors, the minimum initial investment in Class A or Class F Units is $150,000. The minimum investment for Class I Units is determined when an investor enters into a Class I Account Agreement with the Manager, subject to applicable securities laws.
The Manager reserves the right to change the minimum amounts for investments in the Fund at any time and from time to time subject to regulatory requirements.
