Alan Radlo Alan Radlo
Principal & Chief Investment Officer
Alan Radlo, Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge Global Asset Management, has 28 years of experience in the investment industry and a successful track record in managing Canadian, U.S. and global large and small-cap equity portfolios.

Mr. Radlo joined CI Investments in 2008 to found Cambridge Global Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments, where he was responsible for approximately $10 billion in assets in three Canadian mutual funds. In his 21-year career at the company, Mr. Radlo analyzed and selected stocks for Canadian, American and global equity portfolios. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst and a portfolio manager of a small-cap growth fund at Bank of Boston. He holds an economics degree from Brandeis University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts.



Robert Swanson Robert Swanson, CFA
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Robert Swanson, Principal and Portfolio Manager at Cambridge Global Asset Management, has an investment career spanning 28 years, with extensive experience in managing Canadian and global equity, income and balanced portfolios.

Prior to joining Cambridge in 2011, Mr. Swanson worked at Fidelity Investments, where he was lead portfolio manager of several mutual funds with combined assets under management exceeding $20 billion. In addition, he was head of Fidelity's Canadian asset allocation team and portfolio manager of several institutional equity mandates. In 2010 and 2011, funds managed by Mr. Swanson won an impressive seven Lipper Fund Awards, which recognize funds that have excelled in delivering consistently strong risk-adjusted performance, relative to peers.

Mr. Swanson's experience also includes Bank of America Investment Advisors, where he worked from 1989 to 1999 and was a senior portfolio manager responsible for developing and managing institutional and high-net-worth accounts. Prior to this, he worked at ABN-Amro as an interest-rate risk manager, and later as a portfolio manager. He started his career as a portfolio manager at Merchandise National Bank in 1983.

Mr. Swanson holds a B.Sc. in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University, as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.



Brandon Snow Brandon Snow
Principal & Portfolio Manager

Brandon Snow, Principal and Portfolio Manager, has nearly 10 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining CI, he was portfolio manager of two Canadian-focused equity funds at Fidelity Investments with a total of $1.7 billion in assets. His large-cap fund was the winner of a Lipper Fund Award in 2010. Mr. Snow received a B.A. in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.



Greg Dean Greg Dean, CFA
Analyst and Portfolio Manager
Greg Dean joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in May 2011. In 2012, he was named as co-portfolio manager on several Canadian equity mandates. Greg's primary responsibility is the analysis of securities in the global energy, consumer and utilities sectors. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Dean was a research analyst at Fidelity Investments, where he managed the utilities and consumer staples sectors of the Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund, with assets of approximately $150 million. Greg managed the Wilfrid Laurier Student Investment Fund in 2007 and 2008 and also worked as an intern at a Canadian energy hedge fund. He was named one of the 2012 TopGun Investment Minds by Brendan Wood International. Mr. Dean holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and the CFA designation.



Stephen Groff Stephen Groff, CFA
Analyst and Portfolio Manager
Stephen Groff joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as a research analyst in May 2011. Steve's primary responsibility is on the analysis of global securities in the financials, industrials, consumer discretionary, media and telecommunications sectors, with some focus on health care. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Groff was a research analyst at Fidelity Investments, where he managed the consumer discretionary (phased in from January 2008 to April 2011) and telecommunication (mid/late 2008 to April 2011) sector sleeves of the Fidelity Canadian Disciplined Equity Fund, approximately $250 million. Steve also managed The Wilfrid Laurier Student Investment Fund in 2006 and 2007 and completed three, four-month co-op work terms at Gluskin Sheff & Associates Inc. Mr. Groff holds a B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University and the CFA designation.



Gaurav Kapoor Gaurav Kapoor
Director, Global Technology
Gaurav Kapoor joined Cambridge Global Asset Management as Director, Global Technology, in 2012 and is responsible for investments in the global technology, media and telecommunications sectors. He has 10 years of experience in the investment industry and two years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mr. Kapoor worked at Citadel Investment Group as Senior Analyst covering technology, media and telecommunications, and at Pyramis Global Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company, as a global technology analyst. Mr. Kapoor's investment experience also includes positions at Thomas Weisel Partners in New York, ABN AMRO in Singapore and Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Kapoor worked as an engineer at Reliance Industries in India. He holds an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (ranked in the top 10 MBA schools in the world by Financial Times) and completed Master of Science (Finance) level courses at R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland. Mr. Kapoor also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.
